Alice Privette Turnage, 71, of Louisburg, passed away Friday, October 30, 2015.

A private graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2015, 11 a.m. at Spring Hope Memorial Gardens. Rev. Jeff Williams will be officiating. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carson Turnage.

She is survived by two daughters, Carla Tew and husband Johnny of Four Oaks, Kim Williams of Louisburg; son, Barry Turnage and wife Denise of Wilson; sisters, Shirley Woolard of Indiana, Joyce Proctor and husband Guy of Cary and Sally Croteau of Raleigh; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to: Franklin County Animal Shelter, T.K. Kemp Rd., Louisburg, NC 27549.
