MOLLIE MOORE DEANS

Mollie Moore Deans, age 100, of Red Oak, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2015. She was born in Nash County on February 13, 1915, she was the daughter of the late James Waverly Moore and Savannah Cockrell Moore. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Randolph Deans.

She is survived by her son and a daughter, William Ronald Deans of Pineola, NC and Barbara Ray Deans of Red Oak; two grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1130 N. Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount, with Reverend David Joyner officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Red Oak United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 66, Red Oak, NC 27868.
