Ronald Elijah Coggin, 80, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2015. He was born February 28, 1935 in Nash County,

He was the son of the late Keeter and Gladys Coggin.

Survivors include his wife, Yvonne Coggin of the home, two daughters: Robin Bottoms of Nashville and Priscilla and Charlie Hinnant of Nashville, son Samuel Coggin of Richmond, Va., two sisters: Joyce Joyner of Nashville and Elsie Tharrington of Louisburg, NC; one grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Ronald's Life was held Monday, June 22, 2015 at the Corinth Baptist Church with the interment following in the Forrest Hills Cemetery of Nashville.
