MAGGIE BEATRICE BONE BAKER

Maggie Beatrice Bone Baker, 96, of West Mount, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015. She was born in Nash County on August 21, 1918, daughter of the late William Lee Bone and Elizabeth "Bettie" Tollie Winstead Bone. She was preceded in death by her husband, Selby Earl Baker; sons, William Earl "Billy" Baker, Spencer Allen Baker; son-in- law, Al Francis Joyner; grandson, Joshua Kendall Narron; three brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by two daughters Margaret Joyner and Alice Narron (Stanley) both of Rocky Mount; daughter-in-law, Nancy Baker of Nashville; brothers, Luther Atlas Bone of Princeton and W. Eugene "Hootie" Bone of Rocky Mount; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home with Pastor Mary Todd officiating. Burial followed services at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
