BILLIE ANN COWAN MURRAY

Billie Murray, of Spring Hope, 78 passed away on Monday, March 9, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her baby brother, Michael Cowan and infant sister, Wanda Cowan, one brother-in-law, Glenn Parks, a special friend, Neill Ross, and a special cousin Bobbie King.
Survivors include her daughter, Suzanne Murray; her son Charles Murray, Jr. and his wife Kim; two grandchildren; sisters, Patty C. Parks of Reigelwood, Mary Alice Davis and her husband, Jerry, of Spring Hope, and Sandra Breedlove, and her husband, Jerry, of Spring Hope; brothers, Wayne Cowan and his wife, Nancy, of Leland.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 11, 2015 in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home. Burial followed at Forest Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to assist homeless animals of Nash County to: Promoting Animal Welfare in NC (PAWNC) at @ 2455 Hurt Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27804-7976. Nash County Animal Friends will benefit through these donations.
