William Graham (Bill) Foster, Jr., age 79, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014. Born in Norfolk, Virginia on August 1, 1934 he was the son of the late William Graham Foster, Sr. and Lillian Brock Foster.
He is survived by his   wife of 50 years, Janice Stewart Foster; daughter, Kimberly L. Matthews and husband Troy of Rocky Mount; son, Craig Stephen Foster and wife Jennifer of Rocky Mount; four grandchildren; sister, Lillian Jean Grumiaux of North Chesterfield VA.
A memorial service was held Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Englewood United Methodist Church with Dr. John H. Dutton Jr. officiating.  Graveside services with Military Honors will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 2 pm at Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery in Virginia Beach, VA.
