ROCKY MOUNT - Edward Dale Carwell, 53, passed away, Sunday March 30, 2014. He was born April 16, 1960 in Wake County. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Horace Carwell.
 He is survived by his mother, Peggy Carwell, one brother, Jeffrey Allen Carwell and wife Karen, one sister, Jan Harper and husband Mike, two aunts; and three nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 2, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Thursday, April 3 at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery with Pastor Lutrell Spell and Pastor Mackie Walters officiating.
