Shirley Kinkead Fambrough, 73, passed away March 12, 2014. She was born July 29, 1940 in Edgecombe County to the late Harry Anderson and Alice Gaither Kinkead.  She was preceded in death her husband, Charles D. Fambrough, two daughters, Kimberly and Pamela, two sisters; Myrl Warren and Marcine Garrison.
She is survived by one son, Charles C. Fambrough and wife Faith of Spring Hope, one daughter, Angela Simms of Hampstead, two sisters; Donna K. Dawson of Rocky Mount and Jackie Proctor and husband Robert of Rocky Mount
A memorial service was held Saturday, March 15, 2014   in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. Carleton McKita officiating.  Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to 3HC Hospice of Wilson.
