William Robert Everette, 91, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014. He was born July 11, 1922 in Martin County, NC to the late Joseph Henry and Dora James Henry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Leigh Worrell Everette and daughter, Brenda Diane Everette West.
 He is survived by five sons; William Kenneth Everette, Joseph Timothy Everette and wife Jan of Elm City, Robert Lee Everette of Richmond VA., Brian Anthony West- Everette and wife Erynn of Washington State, Dennis Wayne West-Everette of Arizona, two brothers; Curtis and Billy Everette, two sisters; Evelyn Gersch and Lina Creekmore, several half brothers and sisters, seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held February 22, 2014  at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Burial was at Pineview Cemetery.
