Annie Jean Williams, age 73, passed away   Monday, December 2, 2013. Born in Nash County on March 6, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Ellis Guy Williams Sr. and Polly Davis Williams. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Ellis Guy “Big Boy” Williams Jr.
She is survived by her sister, Mary Stewart; brother, Steve Williams and wife Darlene; sister-in-law, Judy Edgell, all of Rocky Mount.
A funeral service was held Thursday, December 5, 2013 at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home in Rocky Mount with Rev. Paul Tedder officiating.  Burial followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
