Louise Mizelle Bullard, 92, passed away on October 9, 2013. She was born in Ahoskie and was the elder daughter of Phay and Elemuel Mizelle. 
Louise was predeceased by her only sister, Clellie Mizelle Taylor, and by her husband, James Franklin, Bullard, Jr. She is survived by her three daughters: Cindy Baysden and husband, Tommy, of Beaufort, SC; Jorgann Rogers and husband, Bill, of Greensboro, NC; and Jamie Ewing and husband, Rusty, of Rocky Mount. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
A graveside service for the family will be held on Friday, October 25, 2013, at Pineview Cemetery in Rocky Mount.       
A memorial service will be held at West Haven Presbyterian Church, 1001 West Haven Boulevard, Rocky Mount, NC, 27803, on October 26, 2013, at 2 p.m.. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to the West Haven Presbyterian Church Music Program.
