THOMAS H.“TOMMY” JEFFRIES

SPRING HOPE –– Tommy Jeffries, age 75, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2013.
A graveside service was conducted Oct. 1, 2013  at Oakdale Cemetery in Spring Hope.
He is survived  by a daughter, Amy Jeffries Brewer of Winston Salem and a son, Harrell Shane Jeffries of Deerfield  Beach, Florida. He is also survived by a sister, Geraline Richardson of Spring Hope and  two brothers; Durwood Jeffries and wife Carolyn of Tarboro and Jimmy Jeffries and wife Laverne of Henderson.
Mr. Jeffries was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper Nutton and Beulah L. Jeffries; brothers, Charles Douglas Jeffries and Daylon Jeffries and a sister, Rebecca Ann Viverette.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation of North Carolina, 200 Eastowne Dr., Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
