Charles “Grandpa” Wynne, 58 passed away Friday, August 30, 2013. He was born in Pitt County December 24, 1954 to the late Perry and Bertha Byrd Wynne. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Perry Wynne, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Carolyn Morris Wynne; daughters, Lisa Wynne Escobedo, Wanda McGaffin and husband, Bob, Crystal Hanson, Cindy Felton and husband, Mike; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Vernice Wynne Green and husband, Tommy, Celia Wynne Baker and husband, Roger.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Cornerstone Funeral Home and Cremations, 1052 S. First Street, Nashville, NC 27856 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
A memorial service will be Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 7 p.m. with visitation following at Cornerstone Funeral Home and Cremations, Nashville. |
