MARY FAIRCLOTH SIMMONS
Mary Faircloth Simmons, age 75, passed away in the Nash General Hospital on August 1, 2013.

Mary worked at Nash General for more than 25 years in the Labor and Delivery.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents Nathan and Gracie Faircloth, her husband Mack Simmons Jr. two sons Danny and Johnny Ray Simmons.

She is survived by her daughter Linda S. Moore of Rocky Mount, three sisters Juanita Longmire of Roanoke Rapids, Debbie Strickland of Tx. and Shirley Hundley of New Bern, NC, brother Jesse Patton of Halifax, one grandchild, Caroline Moore Craft and 4 great grandchildren, Haley, Chandler, Gavin, and Isabella all of Tarboro.

A Celebration of Mary’s Life was held Sunday, August 4, 2013 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Johnson Funerals and Cremations with the entombment following in the Rocky Mount Memorial Park. The family received friends at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
