Linda Faye Parker Squires Mills, age 67, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Vidant Medical Center. Born in Nash County on September 27, 1945, she was the daughter of the late John Parker and Gladys Bullock Parker.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Harold Mills; daughter, Teresa Faye Horne and husband Michael of Kenly; 2 grandchildren; step-daughters, Sheryl Denise Watkins and Melinda Lynn Mills, both of Dallas TX; sister, Mary Alice Farmer of Sharpsburg; and brothers, Bruce Parker and wife Sandra of Rocky Mount, J.D. Parker and wife Hope of Georgia, Ferdie Parker and David Parker, both of Tarboro.
A graveside service was held Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Pineview Cemetery.
