Kenneth Michael Lane, age 56, passed away July 16, 2013. A native of Rocky Mount born on November 27, 1956, he was the son of Joseph Stanley Lane Sr. and Hazel Overton Lane Boykin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mona “Pixie” Reeves Lane.
Along with his parents, he is survived by two step-daughters, Stacy Reeves of Rocky Mount and Renee Reeves Thomason and husband Miles of Freemont; three step grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; sister, Donna Gillam and husband Bradley of Winterville; and two brothers, Robert (Bob) Lane and wife Jan and Joseph Stanley Lane Jr. and wife Dianna, both of Rocky Mount.
A service to remember Kenneth was held Sunday, July 21, 2013 at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home, Rocky Mount.
