GLADYS WILLIAMS HILL
Gladys Williams Hill, 70 passed away Thursday, June 6, 2013.

She was born December 20, 1942 in Edgecombe County to the late Lawrence H. and Ella Phillips Williams.  In addition to her parents, Gladys was preceded in death by a son, David Joyner; a brother, Steve Williams; a sister, Dorothy Moore and a daughter in law, Barbara Hill.

She is survived by sons, Jimmy Joyner (Jackie), Donald “Boot” Joyner (Amy), Pete “Nute” Hill; daughters, Linda Billings, Barbara Ann Pierce; sisters, Mary Richardson, Alice Tanner; fifteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held Monday, June 10, 2013 at Varnell Cemetery in Macclesfield. 

Arrangements by Cornerstone Funeral Home, Nashville.
