Jimmie Lee Joyner, 64, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013. He was born April 6, 1948 in Nash County. He was preceded in death by his father Percy Linwood Joyner and sister-in-law, Barbara Joyner.
He is survived by his mother, Ethel Winstead Joyner; his wife, Pat Joyner, two daughters, Andrea Ellis and husband Brian, Marsha Moore and husband Daryl; two brothers, Ray Joyner and wife Patsy, Donald Joyner and wife Nancy; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held Saturday, March 2, 2013 in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home.
