Bobby Louis Griffin, 77, passed away on March 01, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, a sister, his wife, Janet Griffin, and son-in-law Glenn Proctor.
He is survived by three daughters, Patricia Proctor of Sharpsburg, Wanda Sanderson of Rocky Mount, Darlene Richardson and husband Lindsey of Raleigh; two sons, Wayne Griffin of Sharpsburg, and Doug Griffin and wife Diane of Rocky Mount; a sister, Mildred Catlett of Nashville; and nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held at 6 p.m. Sunday, March 04, 2012 at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Webb officiating. A committal service was held at 11 a.m. Monday morning at Red Oak Cemetery.
Arrangements entrusted to Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home, Rocky Mount.
