LOIS FRAZIER JONES
PHILADELPHIA COMMUNITY - Lois Frazier Jones, age 88, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2011. Born in Nash County on May 28, 1923, she was the daughter of the late George Henry Frazier and Pattie Freeman Frazier. She was also predeceased by her husband of 49 years, William Howell Jones and brother, George Thomas Frazier.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Jones and husband Billy of Nashville; son, George Howell Jones and wife Jo Ann of Nashville; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

A service to remember Lois was held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2011  chapel at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home in Rocky Mount, with Rev. John K. Byrd Jr. and Rev. David R. Moore officiating. Burial  followed at the Philadelphia Baptist Church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Philadelphia Baptist Church Building Fund, 6701 Taylors Store Road, Nashville NC 27856 or St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
