PHILLIP GWAYNE HOUSE
Phillip Gwayne House, 53, passed away Thursday December 15, 2011. He was born May 9, 1958 in Nash County. He was preceded in death by his father Archibald Gwayne House.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Willey House, his wife of 32 years, Debbie Sullivan House, one son, Travis Gwayne House of the home, one daughter, Amber Moore and husband Carl Moore III of Nashville, two sisters, Sheila Farmer of Elm City and Faye Driver of Red Oak; and one grandson.

A funeral service was held Sunday December 18, 2011 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Pridgen officiating.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society at 8300 Health Park, Raleigh, NC 27615.
