NASHVILLE - Edith Parham Williams, 92, passed away, Friday, November 25, 2011. She was born September 10, 1919 in Nash County. She was the daughter of the late Clyde and Mamie Harris Parham. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie “W.T.” Thurston Williams, a daughter, Lisa W. West, four brother’s William Thomas, Edward Lee, Forest & Buddy Parham and two sisters, Annie Belle Miller and Louise Leonard.

Survivors include one son, W. C. Williams of Nashville, one daughter, Linda Faye Warren and husband William of Clayton, one sister, Linda Gray Parham of Apex, son-in-law Elridge West of Nashville, 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. Albie Brice officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Edith Williams Family in care of W.C. Williams at 5001 Taylors Store Rd. Nashville, NC 27856
