ALBERT “JUNIOR” FRANKLIN CARPENTER, JR.
NASHVILLE -  Albert “Junior” Franklin Carpenter, Jr., 70, passed away, Monday November 7, 2011. He was born April 15, 1941 in Nash County. He was the son of the late Albert Sr. and Kellon House Carpenter.

Survivors include his wife Brenda Harper Carpenter; one son, J.D. Wells Jr.; one daughter, Crystal Parker and husband Will of Rocky Mount; four sisters, Undine Faucette of Louisburg, Audrey Long and husband Ernest Leo, Peggy Carpenter, Julie Howard and husband Pat all of Nashville; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday November 9, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Coggin officiating. Visitation will follow after the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friends of Hospice at 2460 Curtis Ellis Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
