HETTIE MAE BATTS
Hettie Mae Batts, age 88, passed away Thursday, November 03, 2011. Born in Nash County on April 06, 1923, she was the daughter of the late James Robert Batts and Mehetibel Robbins Batts. She was also preceded in death by her three brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by a sister, Frances Batts Davis and her family; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held  at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 05, 2011 at Wheeler Woodlief Funeral Home with Rev. Todd Greene officiating. Burial esd at Millbranch Cemetery.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Millbranch Cemetery, c/o Jeanette Bloodworth, 9498 E. NC 97, Rocky Mount NC 27803.

Arrangements entrusted to Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home, 1130 N. Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount
