LOUISE WILLIAMS JOYNER
Louise Williams Joyner passed away Sunday, September 18, 2011 at Breckenridge Retirement Center in Rocky Mount.

Born January 21, 1928 in Nash County, she was the daughter of the late C. G. Williams and Thelma Corbett Williams.

She is survived by sons, Carter Lee (Charley) Joyner and his wife, Donna, Spook Joyner, and Skeet Joyner and his wife, Peggy; daughter, Christi Joyner and her husband Shaun; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband, Percy Joyner, and her brother, Wyatt (Billy) Williams and his wife, Letha Mae Williams.

Funeral services were held at  2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 in the Chapel of Wheeler Woodlief Funeral Home. The Rev. Dan Davis officiated. Burial followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

Wheeler Woodlief Funeral Home, 1130 North Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, is in charge of the arrangements.
