RICHARD ALLEN KING
Richard Allen King, age 56, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2011. He was born in Rockingham County on March 26, 1955.

He is survived by two daughters, Amber Clark and husband Josh of Wilmington and Jessica King of Rocky Mount; son, Heath King and wife Paige of Nashville; parents, Marvin and Mercy King of Kernersville; brothers, Danny King and Tony King and wife Lisa of Kernersville; three grandchildren; and three nephews.

The family will receive friends and relatives 7 - 9:00 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home. A service to celebrate Richard’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 27, 2011 at Sunset Avenue Baptist Church, 3732 Sunset Avenue, Rocky Mount with Rev. Darrell Greene officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

Arrangements entrusted to Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home, Rocky Mount.
