HAZEL THARRINGTON JONES
Hazel Tharrington Jones, 67, passed away, Thursday January 27, 2011.  She was born March 27, 1943 in Franklin County. She was the daughter of the late, Joe and Mary Ann Smith Tharrington.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Richard Joyner, son, Richard Allen Mosley, two sisters, Emma Patterson and Pearl Vick.

She is survived by two sons, Russell Mosley and significant other Carleen of Castalia, Ronald Mosley and wife Tracie of Nashville, two daughters, Cynthia Wood and husband Jimmy of Rocky Mount, Heather Bell of Spring Hope, one brother, Floyd Burnette of Rocky Mount, two sisters, Irene Tharrington of Louisburg and Blanche Rouse of Rainbow, Alabama; and four grandchildren.    

Visitation was Saturday, January 29, 2011 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A funeral service was held Sunday, January 30, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerald Parker officiating. Burial followed at Forest Hill Cemetery.
