Jennifer Dawn Hux Barnes, 33, passed away, Monday, January 31, 2011. She was born February 14, 1977 in Nash County.
She is survived by her mother, Susan Worrell Jones and step-father, Grafton, her father, William Lewis Hux, Jr. and step-mother, Dolores, her husband, Lennie Ray Barnes, grandmothers, Mary Worrell and Elsie VanLaw, one son, Kevin Edward Rounds of Rocky Mount, one daughter, Taylor Nicole Green of Rocky Mount, two sisters, Angela Perry and husband Chris, Pam Chapman and husband David, all of Rocky Mount, one step-brother, Broux Manning; and two nieces.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev, Glenn Hill officiating. Visitation will follow after the service.
