Herbert Battle, 84, passed away on October 9, 2026. He was born on December 17, 1941 to late Marguerite Wiggins Allen. He is preceded in death by his siblings: James Allen, Christine Waley, Harold Allen, Colene Arrington, David Allen, Jasper Allen, and Nathaniel Allen.
Herbert is survived by his sister Mary Bryant (Dolphus) of Nashville; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and his special friend, Mary Hinton of Gastonia.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the request of the family. |
