John Thomas "J.T." Vick, passed away October 4, 2026. He was born June 20, 1932 to the late Joseph Thad and Isadore Coggin Vick. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Elmo, Paul and Wilbert Vick, and his sisters Christine Vick and Armetha Hardy.

He is survived by his sons, John David Vick, and wife Claudia of Nashville, and Thomas Keith Vick and wife Kim of Nashville; his daughter Renee Vick Davis and husband David of Rocky Mount; six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held October 7, 2026 at Red Oak Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Chris Fowler and Tim Ozment officiating.
