OLIVER “BUM” JULIAN GREEN
NASHVILLE – Oliver “Bum” Julian Green, 79, died Saturday, June 16, 2007 after a brief battle with cancer. He was born in Nash County October 1, 1927. He served in the U. S. Navy World War II and retired from Burlington Industries of Rocky Mount and from The Sewing Source, Inc. in Spring Hope.
Mr. Green loved his family, his special pet dog, Frank and enjoyed planting and tending his garden every year. He also enjoyed grilling chickens for his family on weekends and on special occasions. More ...
