WHITAKERS - Celestine H. Richardson, 55, died on Saturday, April 6, 2013.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Linda Taybron officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Church cemetery. Wake services will be held at the Pine Chapel Baptist Church in Hollister on Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 6 until 7:30 p.m.

Survivors include a spouse, James Alfred Richardson; two daughters, Cloris Smith, of Rocky Mount, Brandi Vincent, of Rocky Mount; four sisters, Joyce Brown, of Newport, News, Virginia, Wanda Baker, of Newport News, Virginia, Mildred Wilsher, of Wilson, and Rosa Reid of Whitakers; four brothers, Henry Harrison, Jr, of Nashville, Charles Harrison of Rocky Mount, Dennis Harrison of Whitakers and David Lynch of Nashville; three grandchildren.
