Reginald Edward Cook, age 83 passed away in the Universal Health Care of Nashville on January 29, 2013.

He was preceded in death by his parents Alma Edwards and Jim Cook, wife of 40 years, Sallie Mae Cook, and brother, Jack Cook.

He is survived by his two sons Tim and wife Elizabeth Cook of Nashville, Martin Cook of Nashville, two brothers: David Earl Cook of White Oak and Dan Cook of Rocky Mount.

A funeral service was held Saturday, February 2, 2013 in the Chapel of Johnson Funerals and Cremations at Rocky Mount with the Rev. Ronnie Aycock. The interment followed in the Forrest Hills Cemetery Nashville.
