Mildred Webb Rodgers, 80 passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2012.  She was born in Nash County December 28, 1931 to the late Johnnie and Maggie Joyner Webb.

Mildred was preceded in death by her husband William L. Rodgers.

She is survived by her son, William L. Rodgers, Jr. of Elm City; daughter, Bonnie R. Hodges and husband, Wayne of Elm City; brothers, William M. Webb and wife, Denise of Nashville, Johnny Webb of Rocky Mount; sister, Peggy Speight and husband, Roscoe of Rocky Mount; one granddaughter; one grandson; two great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Brandon Dees officiating.  Burial followed at Pineview Cemetery.
