Ruth Reams Medlin, age 74, of Spring Hope, passed away Monday, June 22, 2015.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Oak Dale Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie Sue Morgan and husband, Larry, of Louisburg; son, Glenn Medlin of Bailey; brother, Wayne Reams; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
