Richard David Richardson, 65, passed away Friday, March 8, 2013. Born on January 26, 1948, he was the son of David Gilles and Mary Helen Williams Richardson of Augusta, Georgia.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Jane Herring Richardson, their son, John Thomas Richardson of Raleigh; their daughter, Elizabeth Anne Richardson Cahoon and her husband, Jodie, of Raleigh; and his brother, Ronald John Richardson.
A graveside service was conducted by the Reverend Peter Bynum at Rocky Mount Memorial Park on Monday, March 11, 2013.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Outreach Division of First Presbyterian Church, 153 N. Church Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27802.
